2024-2025 PRESCHOOL ENROLLMENT PROCEDURES

If your child is enrolled for the 2024-25 school year, please follow the steps below to ensure all required information is completed before the start of school.

1) General information for enrollment is now completed online through the Procare app. Check your email for more information. The links here are helpful information for this school-year.

2) These forms are required by the state and must be updated every year. Please print these forms (or get blank forms from the preschool office) and bring them to your child’s healthcare provider to be completed - reports on any other form cannot be accepted.

3) If your child has asthma, allergies, or exemptions from any immunizations, please print and complete the appropriate forms and return them to the preschool office.
